- a valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver licence);
- proof of address (utility bill or bank statement);
- proof that you are authorised to use specific payment methods; and
- information on source of funds or source of wealth where deemed necessary.
- Refusal and closure: The Operator may refuse to open an Account, suspend, or close an existing Account if KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed, if information appears inaccurate, or if required by Applicable Law or internal risk policies.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General principles
- Game rules: Each game or product, including slots, table games, live casino and other offerings, is governed by its own specific rules, pay tables and mechanics as displayed within the game interface or help section. By placing a Bet you accept the applicable game rules.
- Finality of results: Once accepted by the system, a Bet is generally irrevocable. Game outcomes determined by certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer systems are final, subject to error handling provisions below.
- Currency: Bets are placed in the Account currency displayed in your profile. Currency exchange, if applicable, is handled by payment providers or the Operator at prevailing rates and may incur fees or rounding.
Placing bets
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game includes minimum and maximum Bet limits. It is your responsibility to check these limits before placing a Bet. The Operator may adjust limits or impose personalised limits at its discretion for risk management or responsible gambling reasons.
- Acceptance of bet: A Bet is considered placed and accepted only when it is registered on the Operator's servers. The transaction record stored by the Operator will be conclusive evidence of time, amount, and details of each Bet.
- Insufficient balance: If your available balance (real money and, where permitted, Bonus Funds) is insufficient to cover the stake and any associated fee, the Bet will not be accepted.
- Automated play: You must not use scripts, bots, software or any automated technique to place Bets or manipulate gameplay. Use of such tools may lead to suspension, voided Bets and forfeiture of funds.
Cancellation and modification of bets
- Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted, you generally cannot cancel or modify it. Certain products may allow pre-confirmation cancellation; where available this will be indicated in the game interface.
- Operator cancellation: The Operator may cancel or void a Bet, in whole or in part, where:
- a technical error or malfunction affects game operation or payout calculation;
- there is an obvious error in odds, pay table or displayed information;
- the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including through fraud, collusion or exploitation of bugs.
- Reversal policy: In the event of cancellation or voiding of a Bet after funds have been debited, the stake will be refunded to your Account balance. If winnings were already credited, the Operator may reverse such winnings or deduct them from your balance.
Conduct in live casino and chats
- Respectful behaviour: Where chat or live interaction features are available, you must:
- refrain from insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or discriminatory remarks;
- not advertise other services or websites;
- not share personal data about yourself or others in public chat.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
- collude with other players or dealers;
- attempt to manipulate outcomes;
- engage in chip-dumping, advantage exploitation that relies on software bugs or human error, or any comparable conduct.
- Moderation and sanctions: The Operator may monitor chat and live interactions and, at its discretion, mute, restrict, or terminate chat access, and/or suspend or close your Account for breaches of conduct rules.
Bonus Terms
Activation of bonuses
- Availability: Bonuses may be offered to new and existing Players via the Site, email, SMS or on-site banners. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms displayed in the relevant promotion ("Bonus Rules"). If Bonus Rules conflict with these Terms, the Bonus Rules prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- Opt-in: Some Bonuses require explicit opt-in via a bonus code, checkbox or deposit selection. Failure to opt in correctly may mean that the Bonus is not credited and cannot be retroactively applied.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method or shared environment. The Operator may refuse or withdraw a Bonus if it suspects abuse, bonus hunting or irregular play patterns.
Wagering requirements and timeframes
- Standard wagering: Unless otherwise stated in the Bonus Rules:
- Deposit Bonuses must typically be wagered a specified number of times (e.g. 30x the Bonus amount, or 30x Bonus plus deposit) before any winnings and, where applicable, associated deposits become withdrawable.
- Free spins winnings are converted to Bonus Funds that must be wagered according to the applicable rate.
- Contribution of games: Different games may contribute differently towards Wagering Requirements (for example: slots 100%, table games 10%, some games 0%). Full details will be specified in the Bonus Rules or general promotional terms on the Site.
- Time limits: Bonuses may have expiry dates (for example, 7 - 30 days from crediting) within which Wagering Requirements must be met. If the timeframe expires, the Bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Maximum bet limits: While wagering an active Bonus, there may be a maximum Bet size (for example, a fixed amount per spin or hand). Exceeding this limit may result in confiscation of the Bonus and related winnings.
Prohibited games and actions
- Game exclusions: Certain games or game categories may be excluded from fulfilling Wagering Requirements or from Bonus play entirely. Such exclusions will be listed in the Bonus Rules or in the general bonus terms on the Site.
- Irregular play: The following (non-exhaustive) activities may be treated as Bonus abuse:
- placing low-risk or equal bets on different outcomes of the same game round;
- delaying game rounds or free spins to a later time, including after wagering completion;
- using Bonus Funds to progress in a game (e.g., collecting items, reaching bonus features) and then completing the game with real-money bets when no Wagering Requirement applies.
- Consequences: If Bonus abuse or breach of Bonus Rules is identified, the Operator may remove Bonuses, cancel Bonus winnings, and in serious cases suspend or close your Account.
Combining promotions
- One active Bonus at a time: Unless expressly allowed, only one Bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping Bonuses may lead to cancellation of one or more promotions.
- Order of use: Where both real funds and Bonus Funds are available, the order in which they are wagered (for example, real money first) will be displayed or explained in the Bonus Rules or the Site's general bonus policy.
- Non-transferability: Bonuses and Bonus Funds are non-transferable, have no independent cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits except as expressly stated in the promotion.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Operator may make available various deposit methods, including but not limited to:
- bank cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, other card schemes where available);
- e-wallets or online payment services;
- bank transfers;
- selected cryptocurrencies, where permitted by Applicable Law.
- Availability for Australia: The availability of specific methods for Ipay9 Players may vary depending on location, financial institution rules and regulatory requirements in Australia.
- Depositing in your own name: You must deposit only with payment instruments and accounts held in your own name. The Operator may request proof of ownership for any method used.
- Limits and fees: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction and/or per day, week or month. Any operator-imposed fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the transaction; your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees.
Withdrawals
- Verification requirement: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require completion of KYC and, where relevant, source of funds checks. Failure to provide requested documents or information may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.
- Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals will, where possible, be made via the same method used for deposits. If this is not feasible, the Operator may offer alternative methods subject to internal policies and regulatory constraints.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within 1 - 5 Business Days), subject to:
- completion of verification checks;
- the volume of withdrawal requests;
- third-party payment processor or banking delays.
- Limits: The Operator may apply minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and/or over a defined period. Large withdrawals may be paid out in instalments and may require additional verification.
- Fees: Where the Operator charges a fee for a withdrawal, this will be disclosed prior to confirmation. External providers may also charge their own fees or apply exchange rates.
Refunds and payment reversals
- General rule: Deposits are used to place Bets and are not normally refundable. Once a Bet has been accepted, you cannot obtain a refund of the stake except as provided in these Terms (for example, where a Bet is voided due to technical error).
- Chargebacks: You must not request a chargeback or payment reversal without valid legal grounds. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may:
- immediately suspend or close your Account;
- cancel winnings and Bonuses;
- pursue the outstanding amount through collection agencies or legal action.
- Bonus-related funds: If a refund of a deposit associated with a Bonus is granted (at the Operator's discretion), the Operator may cancel any related Bonus and winnings derived from that Bonus.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's obligations
- Fairness of games: The Operator aims to ensure that games offered on the Site operate fairly and in accordance with their stated rules. Where RNG-based games are used, they are intended to produce random outcomes consistent with industry practice.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator endeavours to ensure that game descriptions, pay tables and result calculations are accurate. However, typographical errors or temporary inaccuracies may occur.
- Service availability: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep the Site and Services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, security measures or third-party failures may lead to downtime.
Exclusions of liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for:
- technical failures, system errors, bugs, malfunctions of hardware or software (including RNG malfunction);
- network interruptions, power outages or communication failures;
- any loss or corruption of data.
- Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, telecommunications providers, banks, or game suppliers, except to the extent required by non-excludable statutory rights.
- Indirect losses: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.
Maximum liability
- Cap on compensation: Subject to any non-excludable rights under Australian consumer law and to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or Services is limited to:
- the amount of the Bet or transaction giving rise to the claim; or
- where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account with the Operator during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law. Where such rights apply, the Operator's liability is limited, to the extent permitted, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
